TERMS OF SERVICES
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shreeji Webex Website and Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due when the project reaches the halfway point.
Payment methods include online payment links or bank transfer.
2. Project Scope & Additional Work
Any additional development or modification not covered in the agreed project scope will be quoted separately. Additional work beyond scope is billed at ₹1000/hour.
3. Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled after commencement, the client must pay for the completed work hours up to the cancellation date.
4. Platform & Hosting
Websites are developed on the Shopify or similar platforms. Applicable monthly/annual hosting or platform fees are borne by the client.
5. Marketing Services
Digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Management, Ads, etc.) require a minimum 3-month commitment.
Refunds apply only for unused marketing balances in case of early termination.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials — such as content, logos, images, and access credentials — before the project start date. Business days commence after receiving all required materials.
7. Resource & Extra Charges
Charges for external resources (e.g., paid plugins, stock photos, models, third-party integrations) are not included in the base price and will be billed separately.
8. Ownership Rights
Upon full payment, clients gain full rights to the final design, content, and website developed under the project scope.
9. Advertisement & Budget
Minimum ad budget starts at ₹15,000/month, subject to change based on results. Payments for ad spend must be made in advance.
10. SEO Practices
Shreeji Webex follows only ethical White Hat SEO techniques to ensure long-term, sustainable results. We do not engage in any black-hat or spam-based optimization.
11. Data & Security
FTP or admin access to hosting is essential for project finalization. Shreeji Webex will not be liable for delays or issues caused by lack of access credentials.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only for unutilized service portions or marketing balances. Service fees and time-based work already rendered are non-refundable.
13. Limitation of Liability
Shreeji Webex will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from project delays, third-party failures, or misuse of services after delivery.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By signing a quotation, making a payment, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
